Having a disaster need help.

SO my wife dropped her phone in a puddle. It was in a boot loop wouldnt go into recovery and download mode didnt detect usb...I put it in rice for a week a voila I can flash now. I rooted and flashed this stock rom N910TUVU2DOK2_N910TTMB2DOK2_N910TUVU2DOK2_HOME.tar

Now im stuck in Recovery booting loop....any ideas?

edit..I just installed CWM and it went strait to download mode sayin COULD NOT DO NORMAL BOOT
