I wonder at this stage, which is better? Stable ROM or Developer ROM? I want a fully root access to my phone. Install TWRP. That's it.
I read somewhere that Developer ROM is bootloader locked, while only Stable ROM is the only that can be bootloader unlocked.

If I successfully unlocked bootloader, then I flash Developer ROM, will I still have bootloader unlock or is it locked? Any risked?
