[Q]Help! Deleted wrong files, now can't connect to WiFi Nexus 5 - marshmallow 6.0.1

Hey guys!

So was looking for ways to sort out my wifi instability and stupidly followed advice to delete /system folders using my root access. The folders I deleted included:

/data/misc/dhcp

/data/misc/wifi

/etc/wifi

Model: Nexus 5 - marshmallow 6.0.1

My phone works fine apart from the fact it can't connect or even scan for wifi connections! I understand it is possible to fix by flashing a factory rom however I have no access to a PC. Is there any possible fix or any way to retrieve these files? Even someone uploading them?

Thanks a bunch!
