Mate 7 MT7-TL11 ?

I have a mate 7 gold 32 GB on the settings it says TL10 v. But on the huawei turkey is system it says TL11 and ı never seen TL11 v. before and for this reason ı cant upgrade my phone manualy is there any link that help me ı cant find it on the net.
