Trying to fix an old htc wildfire s

Hello there,
I have found my old htc so I thought to check on it and it didn't turn on , so I opened it and cleaned the connectors and it turned on.Everything works except the buttons(home, back, menu, search) and the cable on the top of the front panel is torn a little but I think it's related to the front speaker so it isn't that important to me, and the touch doesn't work.I tried to put HTC-ANDROID-GOLD_CARD and PG76DIAG.nbh on an samsung sd card but when I tried to install it is says security fail so I researched on google and found out that I have to turn this sd card into a gold card and I couldn't succeed because usb debugging is disabled so I tried on a diffrent phone but still it fails...
Can you help me? I am not even sure if it's software problem.
Sorry for bad english and the device is not rooted.
Thanks!
