[Request] To all moderator's of xda forum

1st of all I'm sorry for my bad English.

What is my request?

--- Make xda forum more user friendly for people.

Why I requested it??

--- Nowadays, people started creating account on xda more than before.
Finding out the correct section to post a question/asking for help isn't easy for a new member as xda's design isn't that much user friendly.
So,they starts posting things outside Q/A forum(iin development section) and messing up things.

So,
I on behalf of all noobs,requesting xda designers/mods to make the website a little user friendly, where someone can browse/find any forum from a page easily.

or

put some restrictions for noobs when they try to post on development section..
