VR Shell High Data Usage Detected

Hi,

Can someone tell me why does it consumes slot of data? I'm not even using the VR headset or updates notifications. Wtf is going on. :( . Also how do I stopped this? I tried searching it in the App manager and I can't find it. Hoping I could easily just disable it. Pls. Help.
