Is it possible to Flash rom of device 1 in device 2 Provided they have same spec?

Say i have two devices (Redmi 2 and Yu Yunique). Both of them has same screen resolution, same size display, same processor, same amount of ram and rom, same gpu....
Is it possible to flash rom of redmi 2 on yu yunique? They both have same specs.
