Hi
I have the Kindle Fire HD 8 2015 edition. I was trying to transfer my video files onto my sd card to gain more space on my Kindle. When I did that I realized, the amount of space didn't change. It still shown that I had less space on my Kindle instead of my SD card. . So in order to gain more space on my Kindle, I thought I would do a factory reset in order it will show the correct amount of space on my Kindle. I thought I backed up my photos along with my settings but after I did the factory reset, I realized that the only thing that was backed up was my settings. My photos weren't previously stored on my SD card. They were stored on my kindle's internal drive. The problem is I didn't back up my photos onto my desktop. Is there anyway to recover my files?
