My phone seems to be downloading and installing the latest system update by itself. I did not trigger this and I DO NOT want to update. I want to be able to charge my phone to 100% while I wait for my replacement model. I'm currently in a situation where the update is trying to install and I'm holding the VOL UP + VOL DOWN + HOME + POWER buttons to get into the Download Mode prompt. When I try to reboot my phone the update keeps trying to install. Does anyone know if its possible to cancel the update process once its already begun? As a side note, does anyone know the hardware button guide to get in and out of recovery/download mode? (Currently I'm randomly holding buttons.) If I can't get a quick response I might be forced to accept this update, so frustrated :mad:
