before my htc one e8 go dead i noticed a problem if solved i will have super chance to relive it.when i pluged it to power it gives me slow charging although i used original OEM cable with strong outlet and used all other chargers but failed the big problem was that pc does not recognize USB on all platforms and i can not use ADB commands to flash it again any suggestions?

1-factory reset
2-use outlet 2.1 amp
3-re-callibiration with factory reset (do not how with out rooting)
4-use original cables (already use )
ADB drivers reinstallation reset usb debugging use different usb port......bla bla bla bla bla bla
so please give another suggestions if possible
