Cannot flash TWRP

Updated to OOS 3.5.2 (Love it) but I cannot flash TWRP ether 3.0.2-1 or 3.0.2 adb drivers are installed and I have apparently successfully installed TWRP but when i boot into recovery it boots into the OOS recovery :(

I have done it multiple times.

Help?
