What is Currently the "best" Rom for Me?

I have a SM-G900F

ATM I still have everything Stock.
Battery life is under 8 hours
System Lags a lot.. typing is 5 seconds behind my actual movement. (not a speed typing person whatsoever :angel: )
Starting up device takes up to 2 minutes.
And memory is Full All the time..

So I was thinking... A Clean Start..

But what to choose? what is still updated and what has the least Bloatware?..

I hoped that someone could point me in the right direction..
