Tmobile note 4 tethering to ps4

I am tethering data to my ipads and android fast speed with no problem on lte tether, but when i get on my ps4 to play, i cant use fast lte speeds, only 128kbps down/up, i tried ipv4 and ipv6, none work, i was wondering if any 1 had a solution for this? Ive been looking around but can find anything,

Stock apn settings atm
Also tried wifi tether router
Full reception
Havent tried usb tether
