LG G4 VS986 Dead after root and flash

Dear friends,
I have LG G4 in dead condition.I have vs986 model which i tried to root and flash after root.
Currently its dead not going on download mode ,not detecting by PC and even not charging.
Please help me out with resolution so that it can be live again......
