TWRP failed to install

very frustrated
nothing seems to work...

i rooted my LG g2 D801
with the all in one toolkit
i can use ADB and communicate with the
phone

so i followed this

used option 2
file were pushed and all seems ok
so i use quick boot app to reboot in to recovery
and i get
white screen with black characters

Critical error

DemiGod crash handler : Critical Error!
press key to choose dload mode or reboot.
1) volume up : dload mode
2) volume down : reboot

if you choose dload mode ,
please do following action .
1) dload mode , connect usb
2) get the ram dump image using QPST configuration

i cant use AutoRec as the screen dont respond to the touchscreen
i followed intruction to downgrade super Su to 2.46 but still
touchscreen dont work on Autorec...

:( this is not easy as it seems...

can some one help please
i am so depressed about this
