New to this stuff but i have a good back ground but need help or some directions

Hey Guys/Ladies,
Well i recently noticed there are a lot of people that know how to carrier unlock phones(in iPhones)and do the removal of iCloud, i was just looking for some guidance or somebody to teach me, but i would like to learn by my self but it has been hard so far. I will appreciate the help.
