I ordered a motherboard off of eBay for my son's Acer iconia tab 8 a1-840 fhd, only I didn't order the right motherboard. I ordered the non fhd version. Everything fit cable wise and I turned it on just to check if it works work and it did... Somewhat. The screen is not the right size on the display. I'll try and attach a picture, but basically the screen is only displayed on the left upper portion of the display and it repeats on the bottom third of the display on the left side. The touch works perfectly on the top screen but doesn't register anywhere else. Is this fixable? Or should I bite the bullet and return the part and find the correct one? Thanks for your time.
