Got 5 text messages on Tuesday, 3 on the Note 7 and 2 on my S7 Active, that replacement Note 7s were now available and to go to the nearest store to exchange mine. Went to the store yesterday and not only were they not aware of the text messages, but they had zero inventory of the replacements and no idea when they would be in. Called several nearby stores and same story. Way to go, AT$T. You have officially made a bad situation not of your doing even worse than it was. When I do get my replacement I am going to smash the old one in the store.:mad:
