Need help

I got this phone from my friend, he said that he want to install custom rom but forgot to wipe the data in cwm and it got brick. When I connecting it to my flashtool, the sony logo appears but stuck on there. I can go into cwm and wipe the data and the cache then I clicked reboot. After I click reboot, the sony logo didn't appear until now. When i tried to flash it, it always aborted. What should I do? :(:crying:
