hello, i was looking for a way to use v4a for days. finally i could enable v4a. i want to share how i did:
1- firstly flash this via recovery: http://ift.tt/1pWsrjo

restart system. update su code and v4a drivers.
2- secondly flash this via recovery: http://d-h.st/H9Be
credits: http://ift.tt/1pWsrju
after flashing second zip file clear cache and reboot (no need maxxaudio). after optimisation of apps. finally neon enabled and audio supported.
maybe u can try on stock rom too. i dunno if this way is healthy and solid but at least worked on me : ) my device is n7500q(turkish n750) with note rom v4.
